I’ve been using MaidPro for a few months now and the billing has been really straightforward. What they charge me is what I was told from the start and I haven’t seen any random extra fees pop up.
I also appreciate that the receipts come through quickly after each cleaning. It makes it easy to keep track of my payments and I haven’t had any issues.

"Great cleaning, but getting it all set up took effort"
MaidPro came by last week, the cleaning was better than I expected. The kitchen counters, stove, and floors looked really good, and they even handled the dust on the baseboards that I always pretend I don’t see. The bathroom was spotless too, with no weird smell or streaky mirrors. My only complaint is that getting everything ready and coordinating it felt like more effort than I wanted to deal with, but walking in after work to a clean place was great. I’d use them again.

Paid $___ for the cleaning, it was solid. I kept noticing little things afterward, like the corners looking better and the place just feeling fresher, which is funny because I didn’t think I’d care that much. Anyway, for me, it felt worth it.

I wasn’t expecting much beyond a basic cleaning appointment, but the maidpro team made the whole experience really easy. They showed up on time, were friendly, and actually took a minute to ask if there was anything specific I wanted them to focus on. I appreciated that they didn’t make me feel rushed or like my questions were annoying. Everything was straightforward, polite, and respectful, which is exactly what I’d hope for from a service like this. I’d definitely use them again

"Reliable, but I hate having to plan around cleaning"
I’ve booked MaidPro a few times now, and they’ve been really dependable. They show up when they say they will, which I appreciate because I really don’t want to deal with chasing people down, rescheduling, or sitting around wondering when they’ll arrive. The cleaning has been solid too. I still wish getting the house ready for a cleaning didn’t feel like such a chore on my end, but at least they’re punctual and make the whole thing less annoying

"They handled the mix-up well"
i was a little annoyed at first because there was a mix-up with my cleaning time. I emailed MaidPro and they got back to me the same day, which I appreciated. They rescheduled me quickly, and the cleaner came out the next morning. Everything looked good, and they even checked in afterward. Stuff happens, but they handled it the right way.

"Love having the same cleaner"
What I’ve really liked is that we usually get the same cleaner each time. She already knows the house, what I’m picky about, and the little things I care about, so I don’t have to explain everything over and over. I remember support basically saying, “we’ll do our best to keep you with the same person,” and so far they really have. It makes the whole thing feel way less stressful

Scheduling with maidpro was easyyy. I was able to find a time that worked for me without a bunch of back and forth, and when I needed to change the appointment, it wasn’t a big deal at all. It’s just nice when booking something like this is simple and stress-free.

"Pretty careful with my place"
I think MaidPro did a really nice job overall. They seemed to be careful with my stuff and didn’t knock things around like some other cleaners I’ve used before. From what I could tell, they moved things gently, put everything back where it belonged, and my floors and counters looked really clean afterward.

I expected there to be a bit of confusion about what was included, but MaidPro made it really clear from the start. They explained what they would clean and what wasn’t part of the service, so there were no awkward surprises afterward. The cleaner stuck to the list well, and it made the whole experience a lot easier than I thought it would be. I’d use them again.

The maid was really friendly and polite, which I appreciated. Overall, the service was okay, but I was expecting a bit more guidance or clearer instructions on how things would be handled. Still, she was courteous the whole time, and that definitely stood out.

"Easy to adjust for what I need"
I really like that MaidPro lets me choose which rooms, or areas, need more attention each time. Some weeks I skip the bedrooms, and other times, I ask them to spend extra time in the kitchen. They actually remember the notes too, which is really nice. It makes the service feel worth the money, for my place...

They did an okay job overall, and it’s not even about that, the place looked cleaner when they left. I just noticed they missed some dust on the shelves and in the corners, which was a little disappointing. Not bad by any means, I just wish they had done a quick final check for the smaller details.

It’s okay overall, but it kind of works when it wants to. I had a few issues along the way, and the guarantee did help, which I appreciated. Still, I wish it was more consistent because it’s hard to fully trust it when the performance is hit or miss.

I booked MaidPro even though I’ve usually stuck with another cleaning service, so I’ll admit I felt a little guilty trying someone new. I was also nervous because my dog gets really anxious with strangers in the house. The cleaner was super patient, let him sniff around a bit, and worked around his bed and toys without making it a big deal.
The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is that they showed up a little later than the arrival window. Still, the way they handled my dog made me think twice about staying loyal to my usual company.

The cleaning itself was good overall, so no real complaints there. I did ask about using more natural cleaning products, and from what I could tell, the options seemed kind of limited. Maybe it depends on the location or who you book with, so I can’t say for sure, but I just felt like there wasn’t a ton of flexibility. Not a bad service at all, I just wish they had more choices for what they use

"Pretty reliable every time"
I’ve been using MaidPro for a while now, they’ve been really consistent. I don’t know, maybe I’m just picky about having things feel the same each time, but the clean is always solid and there aren’t really any surprises. It makes it a lot easier to keep the house feeling normal, which I appreciate more than I expected.
